In 1996, PCI established a joint venture with Dentsu, a Japanese
communications company. Dentsu has many affiliated companies
and offices throughout the nation and overseas, posting net
profit of 31 billion Yen in 2007. They continued to build a
strong global network, forming a strategic alliance with Publicis
Group SA, the French advertising giant. Dentsu is also a major
shareholder of PCI, having 29.47% out of 11,875,000 shares.
